Net als op het eerste deel is ook deze 2LP weer opgedeeld in een Rockin’ en Groovin’ deel.

Op de Rockin’ LP staan tracks van onder meer Weezer, Little Steven & The Disciples Of Soul, Johnny Cash en The Decemberists, terwijl de Groovin’ LP tracks bevat van onder meer James Brown, Darlene Love, Isaac Hayes en Kim Weston.
