Kiss | Killers (Ltd.Ed. Pink 2LP + 7inch/Half Speed Master)

“Killers”, the band’s second best-of album from 1982, is released as a strictly limited and high-quality 2LP edition. This is the very first ever vinyl reissue by KISS to be released as a half-speed master.

The basis for the new edition is the 2020 remastered CD edition, which was available exclusively in Japan. The newly-remastered 2LP is pressed on transparent pink heavyweight vinyl (180g) and comes housed in a gatefold sleeve featuring the original album artwork printed on silver foil. All individual copies are numbered and include a fold-out leporello art print and a bonus sticker, both of which were previously only found in the 1982 Japanese Vinyl Version.

As the tracklist is based on the Japanese release, this new version features two additional tracks that were not found on the original standard release: The instrumental “Escape from the Island” and “Shandi”. While the new 2LP combines a total of 14 KISS classics and is sold retail-wide, there’s also a D2C-exclusive bundle option featuring an additional bonus-single: The bundle includes album-highlight “Down On Your Knees” (B-Side: “Nowhere To Run”) as an additional 7″ pressed on black vinyl and housed in a cardboard sleeve. Both reissues are strictly limited and come with the German KISS logo.
